Works for me
By Decker from Woodstock, NB on February 23, 2024Started taking these as I have trouble falling and staying asleep and don't wont to use other types of sleep aids. The vast majority of the time they do work. I usually take right before my evening meal, which is about 1 1/2 hours from bedtime. Sometimes I take it after the meal, if I want it to kick in later. However it is much later. Guessing when I take right before the meal it takes around 3 hours to kick in and 4 to 5 if taken right after a meal. I'm to bed by 8 and up at 7, so taking 4 to 5 hours to kick in isn't an issue. If I do wake up in then night, I can quite easily get back to sleep. Works for me, and I'll continue to purchase.
Sleep so well
