Following this, I did not sleep adequately for months on end. I tried everything on the market and was desperate for a good quality restorative sleep. I reluctantly bought this product, and while the price is quite high, I have to admit that since I began consuming it a few weeks ago, I have not had a bad quality sleep once. I take 1ML roughly one hour before I go to sleep. 45 minutes later heaviness can be felt in the eyes, and sleep is almost immediate. I also don't wake up frequently, if at all. According to my smart watch, my sleep is 20-25% average REM, which is very important. The product tastes great, a tropical fruit like taste as described by others similar to fruit loops. I would recommend this to anyone having sleep disturbances or insomnia. It is a life saver despite the high price.
